Ms. Bowden has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 2009. Ms. Bowden joined the firm of James N. Casesa, P.A., now Bowden Barlow Law, P.A., immediately upon her graduation from law school. In 2012 she became a shareholder and the firm name changed to Casesa-Bowden, P.A. Mr. Casesa retired in December 2013. Jason D. Barlow joined the firm as a partner in March of 2014 and the firm changed its name to Casesa Bowden Barlow, P.A. Mr. Barlow and Ms. Bowden, a married couple, continue to own and operate the firm together. The firm changed its name to Bowden Barlow Law, P.A. in January of 2016.
Ms. Bowden’s practice areas include debt collection, business law and commercial litigation, wills, probate and estate planning, and landlord tenant and evictions. She routinely handles cases throughout the State of Florida.

Ms. Bowden earned her B.A. in History and B.S. in Criminology, Magna Cum Laude from the University of Tampa including a term spent studying abroad at Oxford University, England. She earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. She is a third generation native Floridian, born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is a member of the Pinellas Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.

Jason D. Barlow, Esq.Attorney
Mr. Barlow has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 2003. Mr. Barlow has practiced primarily in the areas of Collection Law,Commercial Litigation, and Subrogation.

Mr. Barlow obtained his B.S. in Political Science from Florida Southern College. He earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.

Mr. Barlow was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. He is a member of the Small Claims Rules Committee.
